The average child lacks the necessary funding and support to receive good education. Our full and partial scholarship program help to secure the educational needs for underprivilege gifted children.

No child should be left behind in his or her education as a result of lack of learning materials. Education is the polish which brightens our talents and potentials. PAC seeks to support the underprivileged children and schools to close that gap by providing supplies of learning materials.

We understand the difficulties some parents encounter to feed and clothe their children daily. PAC ensures children do not lack in that aspect, with our donations of clothing and food to orphanage homes and other institutions.
